The world seems like a pretty scary place right now. From a global pandemic and a financial crisis to fighting racism and biases in our own country, nothing seems certain.

If you begin to feel overwhelmed, remember what God's Word has promised us. When we feel scared, we can call on Him. Our Heavenly Father listens out for our cry, and rescues His children from their troubles. When we seek after Him, He will give us His peace and calms our fears.

With chaos going on all around us, Jesus promises to give His people peace if they choose to rest in Him.

Whether you are fighting on the front lines, signing petitions and protesting, or praying for change in the world, God hears you. This week, as you continue to speak up for truth in the world, I encourage you to take a moment and rest in Him. As we put our trust Him, He fights on behalf of us. ❤
